  • I reserve the right to cancel & refund the order at any time for any VALID reason.

  • I retain MOST copyrights over the artwork.

  • I will NOT claim the Intellectual Property (IP) of the artwork.

  • I will NOT profit further from the artwork, unless if you break any of the terms.

  • I reserve the right to post finished artworks online, portfolio, and publications like artbooks if you have agreed to it.

  • Any NDA/Privacy Fee will be respected and put into action immediately.

✦ YOU, THE CLIENT ✦

  • You may upload the artwork on any website and social channels. As long as it's a personal use and will not profit from it.

  • You may NOT alter the artwork without my consent.

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

  • You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes without consent. The license to the artwork may be purchased at any point.

  • You may NOT use my work for feeding AI(Artificial Intelligence) and/or be made into NFTs.

✦ ADDITIONAL TERMS ✦

  • All unpaid/WIP artwork will have a watermark or protection from being stolen. If the work is fully paid, the watermark will be removed.

  • I may record the drawing process and post it on my YT channel but you can request privacy!

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

ARTWORK MADE BY ME

  • I will claim the commissioned artwork.

  • I may use the artwork for showcasing/portfolio/artbook production.

✦COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT✦
VIOLATIONS

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way w/o my consent.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.

  • Removing my watermarks from the artwork or using my WIP Updates.

  • Altering the artwork without my consent.

  • I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution.

  • I strictly forbid my work to be fed into AI or be made into NFTs.

✦BEFORE THE WORK STARTS✦

  • If I have not done anything with your request, you may request a FULL REFUND.

  • If, for any reason, I couldn't start your commission. You will receive a FULL REFUND. Unless requested an extension of the deadline.

  • If you'd like to cancel your commission when I have not started the WIP, you may request a FULL REFUND.

  • When you request any refunds at this time, the cancellation fee depends on progress made.

  • If you do not agree with any of these policy terms, you cannot request any refunds at this point.
